Ketjap manis on indonesialainen makea soijakastike. Yksinkertaisimmillaan sen toki saa aikaan vain sekoittamalla sokeria 50-50-suhteessa soijaan, mutta se nyt olisi ehkä vähän liian yksinkertaista. Joten tässä hieman maustettu versio. Todella helppo valmistaa. Hinta on tosin tässäkin hyvin lähellä valmista kaupan ketjapia, mutta ainakin voi maustaa oman maun mukaan. Reseptiä pukkaa taas perään, jossa ketjapia on käytetty.
