Ohjeet
– Prep: Kuori ja pulita perunat reiluiksi paloiksi
– Keitä perunoita vedessä kymmenisen minuuttia (tämä nopeuttaa paahtamista uunissa)
– Pistä uuni lämpiämään 200°C
– Prep: Sekoita perunoiden mausteet keskenään ja pyöritä perunat mausteseoksessa
– Levitä perunat uunipelille ja paahda uunissa puolisen tuntia, kunnes ne ovat kypsiä
– Sillä välin ehdit tehdä kastikkeet, pistä kaikki chutney-ainekset yhteen ja surauta esim. sauvasekoittimella kastikkeeksi
– Tamarindikastikkeen saa sekoitettua yksinkertaisesti kipossa, kaikki vain yhteen
– Suikaloi punasipuli ohuiksi siivuiksi
– Valuta kikherneet ja lisää ne vikaksi 10-minuuttiseksi uuniin paahtumaan
– Aseta tarjolle. Levitä gurtti tarjoiluastian pohjalle, lisää peruna-kikherneet gurtin päälle, lisää chutneya sinne tänne ja samoin tamarindikastiketta, lopuksi päälle sipulisuikaleet
