Sitruunainen ja kermainen one pot -pasta
Yritän tässä opetella tekee one pot -pastaa eli ts. yrittää saada säädettyä nestemäärä kohdalleen, ettei lopputulos ole soppaa, vaan keitinvesi imeytyy pastaan. Nyrkkisääntö näyttää olevan 1:2 eli jos on 250g pastaa, niin 500g vettä on ihan hyvin määrä. Tähän kun lopuksi lisätään kerma, niin hyvä tuli. Sitruunaa mukaan tuomaan kivaa raikkautta.

– Prep: leikkaa parsakaalin kukinnot irti
– Prep: pilko parsakaalin varsi, sipuli, valkosipuli ja kevätsipuli
– Prep: raasta sitruunan kuori
– Paista sipulia muutama minuutti öljyssä
– Lisää valkosipuli ja parsakaalin varsipalat ja paista muutama minuutti lisää
– Lisää pavut pannuun, sitruunan kuori ja purista sitruunan mehu joukkoon ja sekoita
– Lisää vesi ja liemikuutio ja mausta suolalla ja pippurilla, kiehauta
