Jos etsit helppoa tapaa lisätä kuitua ja ravintoaineita ruokavalioosi ilman, että kukkaro kevenee liikaa, kaurahiutaleet ovat erinomainen ratkaisu.
Kaurahiutaleet ovat yksi halvimmista ruokakaupan tuotteista, ja niitä löytyy usein isossa pakkauksessa muutamalla eurolla. Kaurahiutaleet sisältävät runsaasti kuitua, erityisesti beetaglukaania, joka tukee sydämen terveyttä ja auttaa tasapainottamaan verensokeria. Ohjeet
– Sekoita kaurahiutaleet, öljy ja siirappi. Vinkkivitonen tässä kohtaa, mittaa ensin öljy ruokalusikkamitalla ja sen jälkeen siirappi, siirappi irtoaa nyt mitasta todella liukkaasti, kun lusikka on öljytty.
– Rouhi pähkinöitä hieman pienemmäksi ja sekoita hiutaleisiin
– Levitä seos uunipellille ja paahta 150°C:ssa noin 20 minuuttia
– Sekoita viiden minuutin välein, että saa tasaisen tuloksen
– Ole tarkkana lopussa, ettet polta seosta
– Anna hiutaleiden jäähtyä
– Rouhi hedelmäseosta myös hieman pienemmiksi ja sekoita hiutaleisiin
