– Aloita keittämällä riisiä
– Prep: kiehauta vesi ja liota soijasuikaleita vedesssä 3 minuuttia, kaada sitten vesi pois. Suikaleet noin kolminkertaistuvat, joten sinulla on n. 300g suikaleita). En siis keitä näitä, vaan vain ”liotan” muutaman minuutin, jotta suikaleet imevät nestettä. Lisäksi sitten paistetaan ne.
– Prep: kuutioi kyssäkaali
– Prep: pilko sipuli
– Paista soijasuikaleita n. 5 minuuttia ruokalusikallisessa voita, jotta se saa väriä. Varo ettet polta niitä.
– Lisää teriyaki suikaleisiin ja sekoita hyvin ja anna soosin imeytyä suikaleisiin. Nosta soijasuikaleet syrjään odottamaan.
– Lisää nyt loput voi ja paista kyssäkaalia kunnes se alkaa saada väriä, 5-10 minuuttia.
– Lisää sitten sipuli ja paista muutama minuutti lisää
– Paista vielä sen aikaa, että kyssäkaali on sopivan kypsää, itse jätin melko rapsakoiksi
– Mausta suolalla ja pippurilla
– Lopuksi vielä pinaatit pannuun ja paistoa sen verran, että pinaatti pehmenee
– Ja vielä aivan lopuksi sekoita soijasuikaleet myös kyssäkaalipaistokseen ja lämmitä
