Ohjeet
– Prep: pilko perunat, munakoiso, paprika, porkkanat ja sipuli suupaloiksi
– Kuullota sipulia kattilassa öljyssä muutama minuutti, jotta se pehmenee
– Lisää munakoiso ja paista muutama minuutti
– Lisää sitten perunat, paprika ja porkkanat ja paista vielä muutama minuutti lisää
– Lisää inkivääri ja valkosipuli ja sekoita hyvin
– Lisää vesi ja tomaattimurska ja kiehauta
– Lisää sitten harissa ja mausta suolalla ja pippurilla
– Anna kiehua miedolla lämmöllä kannen alla, kunnes perunat ovat kypsiä
– Loppuvaiheessa lisää joukkoon vielä rusinat ja mantelit
