Eihän tämä nyt mitään pasta Alfredoa oikeasti ole, se kun on voita, kermaa ja parmesaania, mikä on ”hieman” hankala tehdä vegaanisena. Mutta tällä tavalla tahinin käyttäminen kastikeesta tekee pastasta todella kermaisen. Yllätyin todella itsekin tästä. Pinjansiemenet sopivat myös aina pastaan, joten tuo ”parmesaani” tuo tähän vielä rutkasti lisämakua. Yllätyin itseasiassa miten halpa tästäkin annoksesta tuli, vaikka tässä on ainakin meikäläisen mittareilla käytössä aika kalliita aineksia.
