Toinen tahiniannos vielä. Kasvipaistos, johon tulee linssejä, jotka erikseen vielä maustetaan tahinilla, jotta saadaan niihin kunnolla makua. Käytin paahdetuista seesaminsiemenistä tehtyä tahinia. Lisää tahinia saadaan annokseen sitruunaisella tahinikastikkeella. Tarjoillaan vielä couscousin kanssa.

Ohjeet
– Prep: pilko paprika, kesäkurpitsa, pavut, punasipuli ja valkosipuli
– Prep: revi lehtikaali palasiksi
– Tee tahinikastike sekoittamalla puolet tahinista ja sitruunan mehu, mausta suolalla ja pippuilla ja lisää vettä pikkuhiljaa, kunnes rakenne on mielestäsi hyvä. Tavoiteena on melko juokseva kastike, minkä voi annostella lopuksi annoksen päälle.

– Kiehauta vesi myös couscousille ja hauduta ne kypsäksi paketin ohjeen mukaan
– Paista sipulia muutama minuutti
– Lisää valkosipuli ja paista minuutti lisää
