Ohjeet
– Prep: pilko sipuli ja valkosipuli
– Prep: leikkaa parsakaalin kukinnot ja pilko varsi
– Prep: halkaise tomaatit
– Aloita keittämällä pasta
– Paahda auringonkukansiemeniä kuivalla pannulla muutama minuutti, jotta ne saa väriä
– Pistä auringonkukansiemenet, revitty basilika, valkosipuli ja sitruunamehu tehosekoittimeen ja surrauta muuta kerta, jotta saat ainekset hiukan hajoamaan
– Lisää sitten puolet öljystä ja aja pesto tahnaksi
– Kaavi pesto sekoittimesta johonkin astiaan ja lisää ravintohiiva, mausta suolalla ja pippurilla ja lisää sitten oliiviöljyä, kunnes saat sopivan koostumuksen, saa olla vähän löysäää
– Paista seuraavaksi punasipulia ja parsakaalin varren paloja pannulla muutama minuutti
– Lisää sitten parsakaali kukinnot ja pavut – paista muutama minuutti lisää
– Nyt pastan pitäisi olla valmista, joten valuta ja lisää pannulle
– Sekoita sitten pesto joukkoon ja lisää vielä lopuksi tomaattit
