– Prep: Tee kastike. Sekoita soija, etikka, sokeri ja chilitahna
– Prep: Sekoita joukkoon valkosipuli ja inkivääri
– Prep: Lisää kastikkeeseen puolet mustapippurista
– Prep: Sekoita maissijauho, suola ja loput pippurista
– Prep: Pilko sipuli, pavut ja kevätsipuli
– Prep: Kuutioi tofu pieniksi noin arpakuutioon kokoisiksi paloiksi
– Prep: Sekoita tofu maissijauhoihin huolellisesti
– Kuumenna öljy wokissa ja paista tofupalat pienissä erissä rapeaksi
– Nosta tofupalat valumaan talouspaperin päälle
– Wokkaa sipulia ja papuja seuraavaksi muutama minuutti, jotta ne pehmenee
– Lisää tofu takaisin wokkiin ja sekoita kunnolla
– Lisää kastike
– Sekoittele ja anna kiehua hetken aikaa, älä kiehuta kuitenkaan kuivaksi asti vaan enemminkin tahmeaksi soosiksi
– Lisää lopuksi kevätsipulit ja sekoita
– Tarjoa riisin kanssa
